Probably. How new is the PPC card - is it a DCE one? PowerUp (and
hence the flashrom tools) only rely on a fixed selection of values to
check against the hardware to obtain the speed. This worked fine on
the phase5 cards, but the newer DCE cards often use different multiplier
combinations which PowerUp kernel does not recognize.

What does the WarpOS showinfo command tell you - presumably it correctly
says 210MHz? WarpOS uses a different way to calculate the clock speed,
which doesn't rely on hardcoded values, unlike PowerUp. So, WarpOS is
more likely to show the speed correctly on the DCE cards, and overclocked
phase5 cards too.
